Abstract
The founding and development of vila and cottage summer resorts of 2nd half of 19th and 1. half of 20th century was from the very beginning an object of bussines. We can divided those bussines activities into three groups: 1 the founding of summer resort (transformation of agriculture a forest lands into the building sites, development of infracstructure of summer resorts). 2 systematic bussines development of summer resorts (buy up of building sites, building of vila and Cottage colonies). 3 partial bussines activities (building and renting vilas and cootages, building and renting of summer restaurants, pensions and swimming pools).
