Abstract
This chapter includes the definition of lobbying and its basic defining features, as well as the characteristics of the key stakeholders in lobbying: lobbyist, lobbyist, interest groups, clients and related groups. The principles of transparency and integrity in OECD lobbying from 2010 are also specified.
Furthermore, lobbying in the EU and the relationship between lobbying and corruption are also mentioned.
