Abstract

The so-called Political Law is the name of the programme, which was supposed to be a programmatic statement of the political representation of the new state, Czechoslovakia. A preparatory committee was formed, whose members included, among others, K.

Kramář, J. Preiss, A.

Rašín, J. Scheiner, F.

Pantůček and others. This political program, which was to be implemented in the new Czechoslovak state in individual laws.

It was used by A. Rašín in the drafting of the so-called Reception norm (Act No. 11/1918 Sb. z. a n.).
