Theoretical Foundations of the Protection of Competition in the Czech Lands: The Perspective of Legal History and Economics

Abstract

The book provides a chronological overview of the views of Czech lawyers and economists on the legal protection of competition and the regulation of the behaviour of competitors in our territory, in terms of the objectives of regulation, legal regulation, international theoretical concepts and economic justification. The focus is on cartels and monopolies.
