Abstract
The chapter paid attention to the controversial question of whether it is possible to chain the participation, ie participation to participate in the crime of the main offender (or so called participation to the second), whether it is desirable to punish such forms of criminal law, whether it is possible according to the current legislation valid and effective in the Czech Republic, or why this is not possible and what would be the proposals de lege ferenda, or what form of criminal cooperation is involved. After the analysis, the author came to the conclusion that there is nothing to prevent such a sanction and it is desirable.
