Abstract
František, living in Portugal under the name Jorge, November was a personality who significantly connected Czech, French and Portuguese culture. He devoted himself to television and theater directing, poetry, short story and essay writing, pedagogical activities and art criticism.
At the evening dedicated to his personality and organized by HYB4 Čítárna, a lecture on November's prose work was presented by Portuguese reseachers Karolina Válová and Petra Šantorová, supplemented by reading fragments. This was followed by the premiere of the graduate documentary film "About Jorge" about the life and artistic work of František Listopad by a graduate of JAMU (Audiovisual Production and Theater) Pavlína Taubingerová.
