A contribution to the debate on Romanticism led by the scholars from Queen Mary University of London, Oxford University and La Sorbonne in Paris. An analysis of theoretical problems of periodization using Aristotle’s theory of number and period.
The historical problems of periodization are specified in the comparison of European and American Romanticism.
