The text deals with the inclusive education of pupils with hearing impairment at primary school level. In the empirical part, it focuses on the negatives and positives of joint education of pupils from the perspective of their parents and class teachers.
These findings are complemented by the results of a questionnaire survey whose respondents were pedagogical staff in the South Bohemia region. Another issue examined was the impact of hearing impairment on pupils' communication skills and their integration into the classroom team.
