Abstract
In the article, the author tries to define the so-called film announcements (movie quote), ie quotes from popular films that live their independent lives in the normal communication of all users of the language. He tries to determine their place in communication and in the system of Czech phraseology.
In his opinion, as part of paremias, they are closest to the so-called winged words. With reference to the diploma theses of students of the Faculty of Education in Ústí nad Labem, which he supervised, he also presents the results of statistical surveys concerning their use in communication.
