Abstract
Spontaneous regression of a primary testicular germ-cell tumour (GCT) is a rare phenomenon which may be presented by metastases, elevated tumour markers and a suspicious testicular ultrasound image. The histological study of the testicle demonstrates morphological changes of complete or partial tumour regression and finds fibrous scarring and other characteristic changes of complete or partial tumour regression, most commonly seminoma.
On this case report we present our clinical, imaging, laboratory, cytohistological and therapeutic experience of this topic.
