The use of the case management method in solving the unfavorable life situation of seniors

Abstract

The article discusses the case manager's role and presents the use of case management in practice. An example from the practice of the Centre for Ageing with Dignity is presented, which explains the steps of case management in the unfavorable life situation of the elderly.
