Abstract

The fourth article of publication "Current Issues in Copyright Law and Industrial Law" focuses on the determination of local jurisdiction, in particular the interpretation of the concept of the place of an alleged infringement of personality rights in domestic disputes, in the light of the case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
