Abstract
The sixth part of publication "Current Issues in Copyright Law and Industrial Law - 2021" deals with the safe harbour as a legal concept of European law enshrined in the E - Commerce Directive and analyses the recent Supreme Court ruling file No. 23 Cdo 2793/2020 in the case Hellshare/Hellspy dated 31.08.2021 that confirmed that service providers are not exempt from liability standards in relation to their business models as a whole.
