Abstract

In this article, the authors deal with one of the general, but absolutely key areas, which will need to be comprehensively addressed in the future in connection with the gradual introduction of higher levels of autonomous vehicles into operation. Specifically, this is an area on the border between insurance law and civil law, which deals with the appropriate concept of insurance of future liability relationships, which will be to some extent different from the current situation.

There is no doubt that the current legislation will undergo some changes. At the same time, it will be primarily up to the decision-makers of EU and domestic legislation what these changes will look like.
