Abstract
The textbook provides an interpretation of Czech corporate law. It discusses the various forms of commercial corporations regulated by Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on Commercial Companies and Cooperatives.
It also takes into account the recognised changes brought about by its previous amendments, in particular Act No. 33/2020 Coll. and Act No. 163/2020 Coll. It also focuses on transnational forms of commercial corporations regulated by European regulations and outlines the position and function of those commercial corporations that are collective investment entities or persons operating on the capital market.
It also discusses the status of other commercial corporations with a special legal regime, in particular banks
