Abstract
Amendment of the Business Corporations Act brought changes to the regulation of resignation of a member of a body of a business corporation. Firstly, the prohibition to resign in inappropriate time was cancelled.
Secondly, the moment of the termination of the function was changed. Despite the fact that changes should correct problematic issues of the previous regulation, new regulation brings further doubts.
The aim of the contribution is to suggest possible solutions. The contribution concentrates on the members of a body of capital companies.
