The issue of an abused and neglected child is currently one of the most serious problems in childcare, both quantitatively and qualitatively. In the article, in addition to clarifying the basic concepts, the reader will also find possible physical signs and signs in behavior that can draw attention to the possibility that the child is abused, neglected.
The author is aware that the pedagogical worker often gets into a difficult situation, so in the article she proposed basic recommendations for communication with the child, including institutions where to turn in case of child protection.
