Abstract
This study is based on the issue of unsystematized human resource management processes in the Czech football environment. The study uses the principles of grounded theory and subsequent literary research in the area of decision-making processes.
The results show that in the football environment data analysis is done poorly, which contributes to irrational decision-making. The solution to these shortcomings can be seen in an innovative approach to decision-making, in long-term also in data collection or in the algorithmization and systematization of decision-making processes.
