Czechia -Constitutional Court ruled in a case of gender-based violence against a hospitalised transgender girl
Abstract
The Constitutional Court cancelled decisions of the lower-courts in a case of the disproportionately low amount of non-pecuniary compensation of a transgender victim of rape committed in a public hospital.
