Difficult course of Covid-19 in a 35-year Pregnant Patient: Case Study

Abstract

The virus SARS-CoV-2 caused pandemic of respiratory disease called COVID-19. The most common complications of covid-19 are pneumonia and respiratory failure.

Group with higher risk of severe progression of this new infectious disease are 94 pregnant women. Vaccination is the only factor that can prevent severe or fatal stage of this disease.

We present a case about 35 years old pregnant patient in 26th week of the gravidity with bilateral viral pneumonia and bacterial superinfection presented as a lobar pneumonia with sepsis.
