Abstract
The concept of a cosmopolitan responsible state reflects the criticism of cosmopolitism as being too idealist, builds on current global political system and provides a guidance, primarily in foreign policy, how every state could behave with cosmopolitan responsibility in mind. This study provides an insight how such cosmopolitan responsibility could be implemented in space policy with emphasis on small states.
