Abstract
The second and complementary edition of the commentary to the act No. 253/2008 Coll., On selected measures against money laundering and terrorism financing, as amended, reflects the changes in anti-money laudering area brought by the amendments to this act arising from the necessity of implementation of the legal acts issued by the EU, the recommendations delivered to the Czech Republic by the Moneyval commetee of the Council of Europe, and the results of practical application. The commented provisions concerns the obliged entities and their duties, the processes of public authorities in the anti-money laundering area, and the supervisory processes.
