Abstract

Learning tasks are an important and integral part of the educational process. Each subject has different options for creating tasks, prefers their different functions and cognitive demands.

Based on a detailed analysis of learning tasks in geography and mathematics textbooks, the article shows the differences between these two subjects and possibilities for mutual inspiration.
