Abstract
This is the first work that summarizes the views on configuration, symbolism, authorship of his portrait, opening large possibilities for understanding the Ruthenian Bible. A leitmotif of examination of Francysk Skaryna's portrait in the context of the Czech-German portrait painting / graphics of the epoch leads us through the entire monography.
