Ion trap study of the isotope exchange reaction of OH- with HD

Abstrakt

The isotopic exchange reaction OHି ൅ HD RIGHTWARDS ARROW ODି ൅ Hଶ was studied at astrophysically relevant temperatures. We used a 22-pole cryogenic ion trap that allows us to measure the reaction rate coefficient in the temperature range from 300 K down to 100 K.
