Study of Nanoparticles in the Hollow Cathode System with Laser Beam Scattering

Publication at Faculty of Mathematics and Physics |
2021

Abstract

According to previous research, the hollow cathode deposition system can be source of nanoparticles. The research was done by laser beam scattering with measurement of intensities in three directions.

The goal of this study is to enhance the experimental setup to be able to measure scattered light intensity in all directions. Those data will be used to calculate nanoparticle's size using Mie scattering model
