Corporate Law and Labor Law - From the Dita Danosa case to the Hobby Lobby case

Abstract

The lecture was devoted to the concurrence of statutory and employees' position and to the cases Dita Danosa and Hobby Lobby and its' consequences to the legal position of pregnant women within the Czech law.
