Business management decisions in a capital company within the Czech and Slovak law

Abstract

This contribution was focused on the issue of decision-making by the statutory body in relation to the business management of a capital company. The authors analysed existing case law concerning the concept of business management and dealt with the prohibition to instruct the statutory body regarding the management of the company's business.
