Abstract

Hussitism influenced the struggle for a new form of state and its legal norms. The legal development in Hussite and post-Hussite Bohemia is related to the Hussite struggle for individual and social freedom.

The unifying idea of this reformation is the programme summarised in the Four Articles of Prague, which existed in modifications until the victory of the Counter-Reformation.
