Abstract
The paper provides comprehensive information about bachelor and master study program Musical Instrument (piano, string instruments) at the Faculty of Education, Charles University in Prague. The author describes the context of the program with preliminary preparation, possibilities during the study period and professional opportunities of graduates.
It also includes reflections of the thirty years of the field's existence and its perspective in the near and distant horizon.
