Abstract
The technical solution relates to a concentrated beverage suitable for administration to patients suffering from dysphagia or difficulty swallowing. As part of the technical solution in question, a new recipe for beverages (food for special medical purposes) was developed.
The basic component of the drink is GLUKOMANNAN (polysaccharide with a high viscosity, the building blocks of which are glucose and mannose molecules). The developed product is highly stable and does not react with food components or drugs in the digestive system.
