Abstract
The article is inspired by the opinion of the Supreme Prosecutor's Office, in which the prosecutors present an idea that the so-called EU COVID digital certificate is a public document, with the implication that the creation or use of certificates falsely proving the vaccination, test or illness may fulfill the criminal offence of forgery and alteration of a public document.
