Abstract
This contribution seeks to provide the reader with a basis for understanding the regulation of the statute of limitations of the right to compensation for harm caused by anticompetitive conduct. The paper provides a basic overview of the relevant regulation and follows it up with an analysis of the problematic points of the regulation and interpretative guidelines to assist in its application.
The contribution concludes with the question of the temporal scope and compatibility of the former regulation with EU law.
