Abstract
Conflicts and disagreements are normal part of human communication in stressful situations. Current understanding of conflicts labels them having both negative and positive impacts.
The question of conflict is primarily addressed and largely explored by social sciences, mainly psychology. The term "conflict" in a psychological background is usually defined as a process that begins when one party perceives its interests, norms, and values or opinions and viewpoints being opposed, hurt, or encountered by another.
