Workshop Enhancing the Reproducibility of Qualitative Data Analysis in the Social Sciences through Software Support
Abstract
Workshop of team members and other collaborators with invited experts in qualitative research and its software support from the academic and application sphere. The workshop had two parts: a morning session to discuss the team's proposals for elements to increase the reproducibility of coding, and an afternoon session where the creators of a similar project (The Reproducible Open Coding Kit, 'ROCK') presented their work to date, followed by a discussion on the process of creating software supports for qualitative research and possible solutions to the difficulties involved.
