Corporations and Criminal Justice in the Context of the European Convention on Human Rights

Abstrakt

The recognition of the link between business and human rights in modem international law leads to the need of conducting research on how this connection functions within specific human rights instruments. The current paper aims to assess the mechanism represented by the European Convention of Human Rights (hereafter 'ECHR') associated with the status of corporations.

The more specific objective of the study is to elaborate on the area of criminal justice.
