Recombinant C-terminal kinase domain of human hexokinase 1, with His-tag, purity >95%. Expressed in E. coli, isolated using the HisTrap column, eluted and stored in 20 mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.4, 500 mM NaCl, 250 mM imidazole, stored at -80°C.
