Determination of Pesticide Chlortoluron by HPLC-ED with Carbon Felt Working Electrode

Publication at Faculty of Science |
2021

Abstract

Electrochemical detection on carbon felt flow-through working electrode in combination with HPLC separation was used for determination of pesticide chlortoluron in deionized water and in real matrices, e.g. soil and river water. Concentration dependence was observed in range over four orders.

Limits of detection were determined to be 0.13 μmol L(-1) in deionized water, 0.17 μmol L(-1) in river water and 0.14 μg g(-1) in soil. Reproducibility of the measurement was estimated as a relative standard deviation of 0.5 %.
