Abstract
In recent years, we witnessed a significant development of modalities in prostate cancer treatment. Newer types of ARTA drugs substantially affect overall survival and allow improving or stabilizing patient's quality of life.
They are being incorporated in more and more treatment schemes - first in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, later in metastatic hormone-naïve cancer and lately also in non-metastatic castration-resistant cancer. Following text focuses on the importance of ARTA in hormone-sensitive prostate cancer.
