Public construction law: Procedural regulation of permitting construction plans

Abstract

The article focuses on the procedural regulation of construction proceedings in the new construction law (Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act). It aims to highlight the most important differences between the procedural regulation of construction proceedings in the current 2006 Building Act and in the new Building Act, which will come into force in 2023.

The article also analyses the advantages and risks of this regulation.
