Changes in the competence of environmental protection authorities as a result of the adoption of Act No. 284/2021 Coll., which amends certain acts in connection with the adoption of the Building Act

Abstract

This paper deals with the future systems in organizations of nature protection authorities and building authorities, performing their responsibilities in the protection of the environment within administrative procedures under the Building Act. It critically analyses the amendments of the environmental legislation, especially nature protection act, present and future legal protection of the environment
