On the accumulation of claims for damages and the competition of legal rules

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to analyse the issue of accumulation or competition of claims for damages and to propose a solution. The paper first deals with the approaches of some legal systems to this issue and then examines the Czech legislation in the Civil Code in more detail, proposing its own solution.
