Software for evaluating the dynamics, management and economics of forest ecosystems at the sites affected by opencast mining
Abstract
The software RekultivacePROApp is a program for the simulation of forest growth and forest management, and for the subsequent evaluation of the economics of management measures at forest stands - forest reclamation - in the specific conditions of overburden material of spoil heaps. The program represents the implementation of a growth model compiled and calibrated on data from a statistical inventory survey carried out within the project at the Podkrušnohorská and Matyáš spoil heap.
