Abstract
Mandatory vaccination against covid-19, yes or no and is it possible at all? Isn't it forbidden for anyone to force me to be vaccinated against their will? What kind of punishment would I risk if I didn't submit? And what happens if I have side effects? This article answers many and many other questions about compulsory covid-19 vaccination. It brings not only legal facts, but also reflections on what mandatory vaccination against covid-19 could be beneficial for us and, on the contrary, disadvantageous.
It deals with compulsory vaccination for all and for selected groups and also includes some related issues of labor law or ethics.
