Abstract

The paper analysis the conclusions of two recent decisions of the Supreme Court concerning the question of a (lack of) parallel direct liability for damage, which employees, members of a statutory body or other assistants cause to a third person while discharging their obligations to their employer or exercising their function in such a body.
