Abstract
On 1 June 2021, Act No. 37/2021 Coll., On the Registration of Beneficial Owners (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Act" or "ZESM"), entered into force, and with it the accompanying Act No. 527/2020 Coll., Amending Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on Certain Measures against the Legalization of Proceeds from Crime and Terrorist Financing (hereinafter referred to as the "Act against Legalization of Proceeds" or "ZLegVýn"), and a number of other regulations related to the issue of records.
