Abstract
This research report is part of the larger project IMPAIR Enhancing Procedural Rights of Persons with Intellectual and/or Psychiatric Impairments in Criminal Proceedings: Exploring the Need for Actions. The aim of this research report is to analyse the practices of current implementation of EU Recommendation (EK C 2013 8178/2) based on semi-structured interviews with key experts, including institutions and individuals.
