Abstract
The present publication deals with the issue of the representation of an entrepreneur, focusing on the so-called exclusive representatives of the entrepreneur. There are those representatives who have a close connection to the business enterprise, and who cannot be used for representation by any person other than the entrepreneur.
Exclusive representatives of an entrepreneur are a proxy (prokurista), the head of a branch, and a general commercial representative. Although all statutory are regulated exclusive representatives of an entrepreneur in different places in the Civil Code, the author examines them together because their common characteristics outweigh those characteristics that distinguish them from each other.
