Abstract

The author continues his attempts to analyse and categorize how the events of 1968 in Czechoslovakia, and first of all, the August invasion of foreign troops, are described and interpreted from a contemporary Russian perspective. As an analytical tool, he uses the classification of current concepts of the Russian narrative about the historical past, proposed in his recent book by Professor I.
