Abstract
Employing foreigners has become a necessity for many employers in recent years. However, with the increasing number of foreign workers, coupled with often complex legal regulations, the risk of illegal work is also increasing.
Moreover, if a foreigner suffers an accident at work, this can have fundamentally adverse consequences for both parties to the employment relationship. It is not only the most serious ones - the criminal ones - that are discussed in this article.
